and I did as well: Sen. McCain was on The Late Show with David Letterman on Tuesday night!
First, he stole the monologue from Dave:
I love McCain's "Dave" impression... hands dug in pockets, leaning back and forth, smug grin...
Then he had a lengthy, about 15 minute interview with Dave that was both humorous and solidly issues oriented. Sen. McCain is in solid campaign mode, and still manages to stay above it all:
